About
me – Sandra Banks
Kitchens and bathrooms have always been my passion. I have worked for a couple of leading kitchen companies and now operate my own independent design consultancy. This
background provided the experience necessary to design all styles
of kitchens from classic and contemporary right through to country.
The variety of my work is refreshing, fostering my creativity and
innovative spirit.
I
love to work closely with my clients, working through the design
process and achieving that end result where all their expectations
and dreams are met and even exceeded. The key is listening carefully.
Of
course, what matters to clients is not only great design, but also
the quality of workmanship and good project management. I am able
to offer clients a complete design-supply-installation service,
and if required, personal project management. This results in a
high-quality process for my clients. With this in mind, in 2002,
I formed a working relationship with a long-standing firm, Kitchens
on Thorndon (formerly Stylewood Kitchens) for excellence in supplying
a quality kitchens.
When
time did permit, I entered (for the first time) the Home Ideas Kitchen
and Bathroom Awards and picked up the award for ‘Best Young
Designer 2003” for the Wellington Region.
